Orders
Add items to your cart and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us via your customer account. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Yes. A customer account is required to manage orders and submit return requests.
Shipping
Orders are shipped no later than the next working day after payment is received.
Germany: usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Europe: usually 2–10 working days after dispatch.
All orders are shipped via DHL.

Yes. A tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Yes. You may return your order within 14 days after delivery.
Please submit a return request via your customer account before sending items back.
Germany: Use the free return label included with your order.
Outside Germany (Europe): Use a trackable shipping method and provide the tracking number.
Germany: Yes.
Outside Germany (Europe): Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with the original fabric packaging.
Refunds are processed after inspection and issued via the original payment method.
