Returns & Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example via your customer account / order status page).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

2. Voluntary Return & Refund Policy

The following conditions apply in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and do not limit this right.

Return request

Before returning any items, a return request must be submitted via the customer account / order status page.

Return conditions

Please observe the following conditions for returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Items must be returned with their original packaging.
    All orders are shipped in fabric bags, which must also be included.

  • Items must be suitable for resale.

We reserve the right to claim compensation for loss of value if the returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check their nature and quality.

Return shipping

  • Germany:

    • A free return label is included with the order.

    • Returns must be sent using this label.

  • Europe (outside Germany):

    • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

    • Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method.

    • The tracking number must be provided after shipment.

Refunds

Refunds are processed without undue delay after receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method, provided the above conditions are met.
